use a demo account or use a contest account I think it's the same the most important thing is how we get profit every time we do Open position So if for contest account problems we can do practice while for contest accounts it can be for self-development after we practice on a demo account

I often participate in contests and I see that in contest trading we tend to over trade, so if you want to practice, you should just use a demo account.

I prefer to use a demo account instead of a contest account because when we use a demo account then our function is to practice and find techniques that we know and we focus on our goal of becoming a foreign exchange trader for contest account problems actually you are okay to use it only for practice after  What have you done in the use of a demo account so far you can apply it by conducting contests by competing with other people?

Among these two accounts I chose for contest accounts, because even though they are equally practiced, but at least if we are trading on the contest account we have more fighting power because there are prizes

use a demo account or a contest account depending on the comfort of each one if you are comfortable using a demo account then just use a demo account for practice but if you like to use a contest account for competitions then use a contest account

a demo account or a contest account has different meanings when you are still learning then you need a demo account but when you can and want to compete or test your knowledge you can use a contest account and as a consideration whether you are ready to compete or not

When you use a demo account it means you created it for practice but when you use a contest account you may want to take part in a tournament to win a prize. So those two are different conditions.
