the most important thing is when we use a demo account or a contest account I prefer to use a demo account only because when I use a contest account it will be psychologically useless and just a waste of time

demo account or contest account I think it depends on how you analyze If you are still afraid to do the analysis the first time you should use a demo account but after you can analyze at least two to three months you can use a contest account
