maybe the h1 time frame is more appropriate because I also use it for day trading

get used to using a long period of time if it is daily you should use at least 4 hours or 6 hours or 8 hours

Using Time Frame Daily in my opinion is a very patient trading way, because it is a long time waiting for the signal to appear
