a good timeframe for day trading is usually used within 1 hour or 2 hours to 4 hours as well as what we do

It is true that you use a minimum of time H1 time frames and maximum is daily and use proportional risk restrictions

a good timeframe is a timeframe that can be used to do analysis in this case daily trading as much as possible use a timeframe of 1 hour to 8 hours.

The point is if you want to trade intraday use the middle to upper time frame, because small time frames are for scalping

I can't say 1 hour is true 2 hours is true 4 hours is true and so on because when you use that timeframe it depends on your current condition Which one is more suitable.

most traders who already have a lot of experience will use TF M30 and H1 if they really want to trade intra day.

All timeframe is important for all trader when analyze overall market condition, but intraday trader usually use main focus on H1 and daily candle with looking detail to make decision on M15 or M5, larger timeframe to analyze major trend, smaller timeframe getting more detail price to looking entries
