doing forex trading takes daily we should use a time period that is not too short usually use 30 minutes to open a position only because using daily trading is actually quite easy because we know where the movement is going in one day

Trading by intraday is usually used Time Frame H4 or Daily, because time frames will be very suitable

What I know is that for intraday trading, we need a minimum time frame of H4

a good time in my opinion for analysis is 4 hours and above as the analysis is for open positions in 15 minutes

for daily trading you should use the smallest timeframe of 15 minutes to the largest is 1 day.
