Intra day traders should use H1 or H4. but to determine trends use weekly and daily.

if you play intra day you should start from m30 h1 and h4. I also like to trade intray day because it doesn't have to wait long for profit

trade by looking at the time frame depending on the strategy used.
whether to use a strategy to trade fast or trade slowly. if fast with 5-30M timeframe if it's slow 1h-1d.
maybe like that, if it's not right, please correct, because I'm also still studying.

I think the daily time frame is more suitable for swing trade

In my opinion if you want to trade daily, the ideal time frame is M30-H4.

I myself often use TF daily for analysis, and use TF H1 or H4 to make entry decisions

same as me, by reading daily you can narrow the market movement and do some technical in TF H4 or H1, and the rest is just follow your decision wheter to make buy position or even sell position ahaha

I trade daily and I only use the H1 time frame but before determining the OP I see the D1 time frame first

good choice. H1 is the ideal TF for intra-day
