When you are bored of doing something at least you can do things that make you not bored like playing games or you can do sports so your brain will be fresh again

bored is something that is natural indeed when you are bored you should stop first when you can not to be bored then you can do interesting things that way you will be sure of what you are going to

Boredom in trading is a natural thing, and if we want to trade without getting bored then we have to do frequent refreshing so that our minds come back clear and the boredom goes away.

If you are bored or saturated, just rest the boss. Just leave while the world of forex until we are ready to trade with new enthusiasm. Indeed the saturation often occurs in traders and it's normal and reasonable. My trading experience is not the main job but just side if you can thank you if it can't be a problem
