boredom is something normal and very understandable considering what we do is also work so you can't complain if you are bored you can take a break first

if you are bored to trade foreign exchange you better stop first or you can take a break for a few hours or how many days to refresh your brain so you are not psychologically tired

When you are bored with something make sure you can do it the right way in a way you can by sleeping and resting that way you will be easy to get something maximum later

maybe you need to know what causes you to get bored of trading. if you are bored because you often lose then you should take a break or stop trading forex

Now I use it to close my trades and then look for knowledge that matches my losses, so I can learn more so I don't lose. Or channel a hobby of futsal or music that I used to be involved in. As long as you don't think about work in the office, it will make it more messy.

Tired of trading I think it's a normal thing, especially trading we do every day, of course this will make us bored and if we find boredom then we should take a break from trading.
