if you feel bored you should not sleep for office forex trading rather than it can be done anytime and anywhere and at any time So you don't need to be in a hurry to open positions and do other activities so you don't get bored

getting bored on the way to forex trading is very natural because forex trading is only filled with written analysis and management so when you are bored it is very natural. If you feel it then you have to stop and find a new atmosphere

When I'm bored I usually do a game that doesn't make me bored because by eliminating boredom I will be even more excited to carry out daily activities so I will do any activity to reduce light boredom

When you are bored Of course you have to do other things that make you not bored like a walk to the park or maybe you watch a movie on television or maybe you play a game all you can do when you are bored doing forex trading.

boredom always comes when we experience something that keeps repeating itself but when we get bored of forex trading then we should stop first because when we stop and we can do things beyond all of that then we will not be bored anymore

what i do when i'm bored usually is play games or do things i usually don't do when i'm doing work so that way i will feel life is balanced between work and relax first
