demo accounts and contests are two different things contest accounts are used to get prizes while demos are to test your analysis

I only use a demo account, because I see a demo account is very good for practice, but I use a limited demo account.

using a demo account it's faster than using a contest account which can't

You are also careful when using a demo account, don't make a demo account like a toy, you have to take it seriously
