I prefer to use a demo account when I do have an evaluation.

if indeed you have been trading for a long time and are successful, then why did you create a demo account. you better join the trading contest because there are prizes.

I prefer a demo account over a contest account because a demo account can make us better for practice

I like using the contest account, but I also practice using the demo account. So I use both.
