There are no definite rules regarding when the trading time is right, in my opinion the right trading time is when we have got the moment according to the trading system we have, no matter in Asia, Europe or America.

When it comes to Open, it's always open from Monday to Friday, starting from the opening of the market on Monday to Friday. starting from the Open market in the Australian session then Tokyo when the session is about to close, the European session starts to open until close to closing and then continues with the American session.

There are times when the market appears to be inactive, or there is very little volume which can be easily seen from a slow moving market chart. On the other hand, you will also know when the market tends to be very active.

For me time is very important here, if my mentor teaches only 3 sessions for trading. Of course this looks normal. But the effect is extraordinary, once we enter the trading hours we only need to focus on those hours. God willing, this will also train patience as well.
