The best hours for trading seems to be when the market conditions are fluuative movement, and at that time usually occurs in European or American market sessions, especially those who are major pairs such as GBP / USD, Gold and EUR / USD

Actually, in my opinion, there is no right time to trade, because all times have the same opportunity, because the right moment for us to enter the market is not unclear, if we say the news release time is not necessarily. but you should trade when the time is right with our analysis.

ideally, we enter the market at night, or we can enter the market starting in the afternoon, because the movement looks better, it's different if it's only for the Asian session, of course the market movement is not maximal and sometimes it only gives inaccurate signals.

I never use what time I have to open an open position, what I do is when there is momentum, I will do whatever position I may admit, the right time to do the open position is the American session time, because that session is quite volatile.
