When I joined a community, many of my friends suggested trading in the European and American sessions. Because both sides of the movement were very volatile and it was easy to get points, but if you trade in the Asian and Australian sessions the movement was quite slow because it was just the start of the market opening.

there is no such thing as the best hour in the world the best in my opinion when trading forex is when you can analyze correctly and open positions correctly as well As for that momentum can be achieved if we can see the price movement according to our analysis

It is recommended that trading during active market hours, if in Indonesia, for example, between noon and night, or if you want to trade in the morning, you should choose a market like Audusd where the market opening hours are usually in the morning, for Monday, of course, the same starts around the afternoon until the evening, and maybe the trader's intention is to avoid trading hours such as Friday morning where the market will close soon.

the best trading hours are when you use your time to analyze well. When you don't have good hours, you can't be calm in analyzing you must be in a hurry

Actually we can divide the market into 3 sessions, namely the Asian, European and American sessions. If you trade at 9-12, then that includes the Asian session. If at that time you get 80 pips, then that is a very good move for the Asian session. However, in general, the movement of the Asian session is not as fast as the European session and the American session.

If you want even faster price movements, you can enter a combination of European and American pairs, namely GBPUSD and EURUSD. Try to trade when the European and American markets are both open, because if you are active, the daily movement can be up to 200 pips.
