If by chance you are emotional then you should never always focus on market conditions. When you have opened a position using stop loss and take profit then you should not open your work too often

It is your obligation to control your emotions well when you want to do that, so my suggestion is that you can use stop loss and take profit to understand this problem.

I think you don't get too emotional, indeed you are obliged to use stop loss and take profit properly when you use them, so your opportunity to not always observe your position will make you calm.

If you want to control your emotions well, then you have to use stoploss and take profit.  This will make you comfortable and make you feel safe to open positions

Traders need to control emotions because that is one of the motivations for winning trading. One way to control emotions is that we have to understand what we are doing and know where we go when we go wrong.

In my opinion, so that you don't get emotional easily, use a high time period for analysis, don't open positions too often, always use stop loss and take profit protection.

Emotions can be controlled when you trade infrequently and always apply stop loss and take profit when opening positions, don't control your account too often so that you can be psychologically calm.

inhale slowly from your nose and exhale from your mouth while calming your mind, that is one way I control my emotions when I lose. Sometimes I also listen to meditation music and don't want to look at the charts, this method has proven to be quite effective in controlling emotions.

Emotions can be controlled when you don't always see or monitor market conditions when you open a position. Just set a target and stop loss. You just have to do other activities.

Controlling emotions doesn't require intelligence from our IQ because controlling emotions comes from good psychology. You have to form a habit of not being greedy if you want to control your emotions well.
