How to control emotion

Hallo guys I want to share my way to control.my emotion when trading.
I have 3 ways to do it
1 dont make so much open position to make your fund save. 
2 dont check your chart every time
3 put stop loss and also take profit

Emotional control can be done in an easy way, following the trading rules to avoid bad trading (without analysis)

I agree with not seeing the chart often because it can trigger our emotions, especially if we are faced with market conditions outside our control or not in accordance with our analytical skills, our emotions will certainly be triggered and dangerous.

if the way I control emotions is by refreshing while calming the mind because in my opinion emotions or greed and so on is the same as also overcoming boredom.

Controlling emotions I admit is not easy, but as traders we must try and be able to control emotions, in my opinion emotions can only be controlled by each of us.

we really have to know how to control emotions properly so as not to interfere with our trading because emotions are like a devil that disturbs the mind and blinds our clear mind so we tend to take irrational decisions

emotions need to be controlled and indeed emotions are very influential on our trading especially if we cannot control psychology then emotions will definitely take over

controlling emotions one of them by stopping trading, in my opinion it is quite a powerful way other than by drinking coffee, but emotions that are difficult to control will usually add to the greater emotions and it is risky.

controlling emotions is not as easy as we imagine, but we can as long as there is a strong will and intention because emotions basically originate from within us so we can control them properly.

Indeed, emotional control depends on yourself, emotional control can be done if we feel comfortable in trading, meaning we must have good trading patterns so that emotions are always maintained.

tips from me to control emotions is to have a sense of trust and confidence in myself and believe that we can control every condition that exists without having to use emotions.

controlling emotions can be done in several ways but the point remains the same, namely by learning psychology well, with good and strong psychology the emotions will not appear to interfere with our trading activities.

controlling emotions we must do because emotions are one of the negative psychology that we must suppress or control well, so we must have a way to control emotions so as not to interfere.

emotions are usually controlled by self-awareness so emotions need to be overcome and suppressed, without bad emotions usually trading will be more subjective and will be easier to manage risk.
