Your feeling of being able to control your emotions is indeed one of the important things you have to do as a trader, especially when you can use stop loss and take profit well.

Emotions usually come when you panic, so when you don't want to panic, it's best not to look at your trading movements too often, when you have placed a stop loss and take profit, then you will be safe.

I just want to control my emotions, don't open MT4 too often because I'm scared. You'll be scared. It's better to focus on placing stop loss and take profit, determine the target well and just leave it.
