Broker website changes often confuse existing users, especially if the layout is completely changed. Many brokers deliberately overhaul their designs to improve security, performance, or comply with new standards, but unfortunately, they don't always consider the comfort of users who are used to the old version.

From a technical perspective, being unable to log in to a new website often occurs when a platform has just updated. This could be due to server instability, a bug in the login system, or the migration process for old accounts to the new system not yet being fully completed.

Indeed, not all brokers are required to have offices or representatives in every country. Many international brokers remain credible despite operating only globally. However, they usually still provide responsive, clear, and easily accessible customer support (live chat, quick email, or even a hotline). If it's "completely invisible," it's worth questioning whether it truly doesn't exist or is simply difficult to contact.

Live chat is very helpful for clients, but I've encountered many brokers using automated bots (robots) to answer all questions. In my opinion, this automated answering machine alone doesn't solve every client problem.

It's true that the live chat feature is very helpful because it provides a quick response when clients encounter problems. However, the use of bots or automated responses often presents limitations, especially when the questions asked are specific or complex.

Since the advent of sophisticated AI systems, many brokers have offered AI-assisted live chat services. This isn't the right solution, in my opinion.
