AI-assisted chat is indeed better suited for information. But when combined with human support, AI can become part of a more effective and comprehensive service system, not just an information tool.

Live chat with humans still has advantages that are difficult to completely replace by AI systems, especially in terms of understanding complex problems, empathy, and the ability to provide more flexible solutions.

Live chat with a human being ensures every client issue is quickly addressed and processed. Using email alone would certainly take longer to resolve issues..

As far as I know, their response is still fast, but in brokerage services, response speed can be influenced by many factors, such as operating hours, request volume, or even the user's region.

That's right, as long as market conditions are moving normally, the spread value will remain the same. This makes it easier for me to determine the TP and SL amounts more accurately.

Indeed, when market conditions are calm and liquidity is high, spreads tend to be more stable, making it easier for traders to determine take-profit (TP) and stop-loss (SL) levels more precisely. With stable spreads, risk-reward calculations become clearer, and strategy execution feels more consistent.
