This indicator is based on the MA (Moving Average) applied to the RSI (Relative Strength Index) indicator. It draws arrows at the confirmed crosses of the RSI over the MA line. When the RSI crosses upwards, then a buy arrow is displayed and vice versa. The arrows do not repaint since the indicator only uses confirmed values and waits for the candle to close before painting an arrow. The indicator is also able to alert when arrows appear.

The arrows are already based on confirmed values. Or else the indicator will not paint arrows.

Well, use it however you want. If you want to use for options then use for options. The arrows are confirmed and do not repaint, delete, or anything like that. So trade as soon as you see them if you want.

As you can see in the file type in the first post, it is an EX4 file.

Whether or not it is in MQ4 or EX4 doesn't matter from your end. You can use it either way.

for these two indicators I very often use the Moving Average indicator period 12 and period 24, my analysis for this indicator if the moving average of product 12 is above the 24 moving average then that means there is confirmation for the entry position
