It's up to you to use the timeframe. What is the minimum time, 30 minutes 1 hour 15 minutes 4 hours. If you are important you can adjust to your time.

I usually use H1 and H M30, in my opinion, for intra day trading, you should not use a time frame that is too large because later we can lose.

H1 M30 and M15 are good time frames if you want to trade Intra day, but as a big reference you should look at the direction of the daily TF

Every day I trade Intra power on a special account and I always use H1, I think the best time frame for Intra day is on H1
