There are two things I do when the market is moving slowly. first if I have a position then I will just leave it until my stop loss or take profit is hit. then if I don't have a position then I will wait until it breaks out support or resistance.

The slow market often occurs on Monday, but this is not always too, trading in the slow market maybe will make boredom and can absorb emotion, because too long time waiting but the price seems no movements, in this condition I think no trade and or trying to use buy stop and sell stop as hit and run trading strategy.

when the market is moving slowly I will do an in-depth analysis first whether I can still enter at the current position but when I can't enter then I will change to another currency pair

if the market moves slowly then I will replace it with another currency pair but mostly I don't trade because it's not in my trading plan

If the market moves in slow, then we can use it for trading scalping, or we can stay away from the market and have it, then we can choose it one depends on our trading style

when the market is not moving fast then I will turn my eyes to other currency pairs because when I only focus on one currency pair I can't trade with other currency pairs so it is very important for us to have a currency pair that good for us to analyze

If the market moves slow in my opinion we can stay away from the market until the condition is as we expected, or we can use it for trading scalping

if the market is quiet it feels very boring because the price movement is very slow ... so it doesn't feel saturated it would be better while doing positive things such as posting on this forum or just watching tv to feel more relaxed or maybe googling for those who like searching - searching.. the main thing is that the trading atmosphere is no longer boring.

For myself, I prefer to just stop trading, because usually when the market is slow or even sideways the movement becomes confusing and also boring because the price moves only there and with a narrow range, so it's less profitable if you force it to trade.

If the pair I am trading turns out to be sideway then I will keep the SL and tp if I have to work or leave. but if I still have free time then I just leave it open and go back to observing price movements when there is a change of session if the analysis is still in the same direction as the first open then I leave it until there is a price explosion if wrong analysis then immediately cut loss or setting SL.

Just trade with a demo account, omg, the market is slow. You should look at the news calendar if there will be high news. in there will be high news it is common to happen like that. however, if there is no news, while the market during the Asian session moves around the 20 pips range, generally before the open session the USA market will be trending.

If the market runs slowly then immediately leave it, because when the market runs slowly in a narrow range, then it will greatly make our emotions continue to flare up and it is very risky

If the market is in a slow movement, we can take advantage of taking a break from trading, it means that we move away from trading because slow movement is not interesting and will not be a potential moment
