The forex market moves very volatile and often runs very slowly, and like my personal experience I will only carry out trading activities or transactions when the market is trending, so when the market experiences slow or ranging movements I prefer to take a break.

Price move to slow is made bored to waiting, this condition may be will high risk and less potential to catch profit, because waiting for price move even only recover for spread cost need more time, yet if get a false position then need to wait more time to reached profit, usually I leaving trading on this kinds market condition.

Market that runs slowly and tends to sideway will be very profitable for scalper traders

if you feel the market is moving in a slow condition, we should use it for scalping or so that we just ignore it

If the market is in a slow condition and tends to be sideway, we can use it for trading scalping or we just ignore it until the market moves significantly back

when the market is sluggish and my sideways will change to another pair that is good on a trend basis because the focus of one pair alone is also not good, especially when market conditions are not good like this

maybe can replace with another pair that enters with our trading plan, surely we can not only focus one pair, or can use techniques for sideways state

market is sluggish what I do is look for other pairs that have a clear trend and can be made Open positions because we can't hang one pair

in my opinion the slow or not the market can actually be very risky if the open position is not with mature predictions, when the slow market movement is actually feared, because after that there will be a considerable price blasting, which if the results of the results are quite risky, so they are accepted Slow or fast market movements can be done by trading from the prediction maturity.
