So that you don't stress you can optimize your mentality. You can relax. When you get bad results, when you've gone through that, I'm sure you won't be stressed.

Exercise can also be used to relieve stress. If you like Yoga maybe you can also try it because it is quite effective for relieving stress.

If you are stressed because of a loss, then I think you should take a break first and don't look at the chart for a week then I'm sure your stress will go away.

so you can not be stressed you can do the technique in the right way so you will be easy to penetrate your brain so you don't stress it is something that you must do.
