So that you don't get stressed You must be able to behave well between being able to see How can you know to know what will make you better

if you don't want to be stressed you have to be able to see well what you're going to do you can work hard so you can get whatever you want in the world of trading in an important way

If you want your stress to go away because of forex trading then try closing the chart and don't look at it within a week. Then I'm sure your stress will disappear.

Eliminating stress that is too much difficult, don't remove stress by eating a lot. I think sports are the right solution to relieve stress.

to avoid stress you are required not to trade in the wrong way to avoid stress When I'm tired you take a break

to relieve stress, take a break for a few minutes or when you have a day off you can take a good walk first and drink lots of water for your body's harmony

stress arises because you have too many strange thoughts, people who are too stressed are people who have a lot of problems and actually the problem can be solved but they choose another way to solve it the hard way for sure.

to relieve stress you will be able to do unique ways, one of which is watching funny videos when you go for a walk to a department store or you can go fishing so all of that you have to do when you are stressed because of tradition.

I think that what makes us stressed is ourselves because when we can make life easier then we can live this life very relaxed, don't need to be too stressed about this life

So that you are not stressed and continue to be able to trade in the right way because when you are stressed it will make it difficult for you to become a foreign exchange trader and that is what causes you to always lose

To avoid stress, we must be able to think positively. Don't let us not be able to trade just because we are stressed, we just relax, the important thing is that we can consistently get small results, that is enough.

If you don't want to be stressed, you can create something good. You have to be able to create analysis in your own way and that makes you know better that trading doesn't have to do bad things.

If you want to control stress in forex trading, what we have to do is not to open too many positions. just one or two then make a stop loss.
