If you lose your skills, in my opinion, the right time here is to focus on trading by practicing using a demo account. You have to be enthusiastic. You have to be motivated so that you can win and get consistent profits with stronger knowledge.

Losing your skills shows that you can't work well, can't trade, learn significantly. When you fail, maybe you're lazy, maybe you never practice. There are many factors here.
