In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with learning from experience to determine profit targets when trading, because many say experience is the best teacher and is better than learning from a mentor.

In my opinion, if you always lose your skills you should be able to focus on getting your skills back by learning more enthusiastically by practicing better and I'm sure you can definitely do that.

In my opinion, I have lost my skills many times because that was my personal experience at that time. I was lazy about studying. I was stressed because I lost, but I got up and continued learning so that my knowledge would return.
