My realistic target is only 5-10 per day, even then if there is a moment entry if there is no I do not trade on that day.

5-10pips is good enough, especially if you can be consistent without loss. rather than targeting too far, it leads to losses.

the target profit that we set should not be per day but per week or month to be more comfortable and calm in achieving it.

set a good target that is not based on each trading day and must be able to meet the target but at the end of the accumulation period.

my daily target is not much, only 10 pips with a lot that is quite large 0.5-1 lot.

which trading hours do you usually use to meet your daily target, better European or Asian trading hours?

I use 1 hour Time frame. I was trading in the European session because in the Asian session the market was slow

40 pips is quite a lot, can it succeed every day can definitely make big profits, how do you get these 40 pips?

My target in 5 trading days a week is 100 pips, so per day is 20 pips.
