Both are good because I wear both. But I sometimes prefer a counter trend if the price has moved too far.

I prefer to follow the trend because that is the obligation of a foreign exchange trader who wants to be successful because by following clear and correct directions you will get profit

for me it's better trading by following the trend direction because it is more profitable in my opinion and the risk is smaller

Everywhere to follow directions is better because when you can follow directions with actual circumstances then you will get conditions where it will be very special.
