The point here is that when you use a follow trend, it is very important, it is highly recommended to use a follow trend. Because that's what will make you good later so don't let you do it against the direction just to get a small result.

If I prefer to do it by following directions because that is very important so don't let you do an activity that you can't do well. So don't let you do things that are not important, what you definitely have to follow is to follow a good trend.

the counter trend can generate profit, as well as the follow trend. I think both are good as long as we know how to use them.

I think it all depends on the conditions because when you can counter the trend it doesn't matter. But when you can't, you should just follow the direction or follow the trend.
