if boredom approaches then all we need to do is do a refresher, or something of our hobby or whatever, the important thing is to make our minds healthy and calm again.

Sometimes not only because forex trading alone causing boredom, in daily life moods maybe can easily to changes, if you bored in trading, let to know what the cause, loss, and loss again, or bored because do the same thing every day, when you felt bored. better take a rest and do something else that can to make your minds get fresh again, trading forex indeed sometimes like as another job, choosing broker low spread like as FXOpen offers variable spread from 0 on ECN account

Actually this saturation is human, the name is also human, is a boredom of what we routinely do. If trading is only a hobby, saturated trading will also not be a problem. Yes, maybe what my friend said it, just leave first some time. Later when you arise again, just start trading again. It's just the problem, how do we leave it, we still don't miss up-date and most importantly, don't lose our touch. Don't get to when we start trading again, we really have "forget" how to trade. boredom is very natural, especially if we do something monotonous, therefore if we are bored, we have to rest first and clear our minds back by doing the things we like

Boredom in trading is a natural thing, because we only see the chart and do something that can be said to be monotonous, therefore if we experience boredom you should pause from trading and do the mind refresher by doing things that make us happy
