avoiding boredom is very difficult, we can only overcome it when we really feel bored when trading and get bored immediately must be overcome before causing bad problems in trading that we do.

Bored in trading can be overcome in many ways, but traders who are wrong in dealing with it will be quite risky as greedy and it will make transactions with large lots without a clear analysis basis.

boredom can be overcome if we already have good management for example if we are feeling tired then we should stop trading or if we feel bored then we can refresh and so on.

What is the reason you are bored or maybe you have faced a big loss or your trade always loss in the last time. So Take any vacation to refresh your mind and dont push yourself to keep trading even you have bored. Most of traders have through this situation then they are know which time to trade and stop for a while for refresh their mind.

when we are bored in trading then we can handle it well, as long as we are accustomed to and have a surefire way to overcome boredom it's very good.

when boredom strikes then some things we can do is to do other activities that can eliminate boredom when trading and as much as possible for a moment forget about trading activities.

I agree with you sir, refreshing eliminates the fatigue that must be done, stop trading when conditions are bored / not good.
Even a calm mind will be happy, the next trade will definitely be better.

Feeling bored will make our brain become less concentration in business, I think we need to take a rest when felt bored in trading, still many chances on the future, and we need more concentration in trading, we can refresh minds with traveling listening music etc along we can more relax.
