It's better if you just use a demo account, don't use a contest account, a contest account is just a waste of time, it's better if you learn to focus on using a demo account, once you're smart, you can immediately open a real account and deposit and trade with consistent results.

I think using a contest account can make us get prizes if we win, but when you use a demo account it is more for practice so you can analyze so you can trade in a different context.
