Here what I feel is I am more suitable to use a demo account than using a contest account because contest accounts are rare but demo accounts are definitely for learning

for practice, make sure you use a demo account, but for tournaments, you can use a contest account. Because demo accounts and contest accounts are indeed different for certain purposes and results.
