I've participated in contests and chased prizes, I think if you want to learn you shouldn't use a contest account

I prefer to run a contest account, because even though it is equally to practice, if trading on the contest account there will be a challenge compared to a demo account

It only makes sense to start with a demo account. Most are also free of charge.

the difference between account types is definitely different but we don't choose which one is good, if I use it all so that we have trading experience in various types of accounts.

I prefer demo accounts only, because the contest account I feel objections to having to face many traders but does not mean I do not try the contest account, but to learn it is better to use a demo account only
