FBS operates in many countries through a system of representatives (IBs/local partners), not always through official branches. If a representative in a country leaves, the impact can be significant for some clients, especially those who rely on local support.

If an IB or representative leaves the broker, there is a serious problem.

In my opinion, the exit of an IB doesn't automatically mean a broker is in serious trouble. However, traders still need to be vigilant, seek additional information, and ensure fund security remains a top priority.

I think leaving without blaming and without badmouthing the other party is a form of maturity, ethics, and objectivity, especially in a financial environment full of pressure and conflicting interests.

Professionalism isn't just about technical ability, but more about attitude, work ethic, and consistency. Many people have the skills, but not all are able to maintain consistent and reliable work standards, and I see this at FBS.

These two brokers' representatives stopped working in my country, but I still trust FBS. The service is still excellent, but the commissions have been removed.

The fact that a broker's representative no longer operates in your country can be a concern, especially regarding local support, education, or ease of communication. Typically, the presence of a local representative helps with seminars, technical assistance, and resolving administrative issues.
