2 Factor authentication is already optional in the forum. It just isn't mandatory. I do not think this would prevent multiple signups from the same person though, because members could use the same phone to sign in to the forum since Google 2 Factor auth. does not check phone numbers or for unique identification of the user.

in my opinion it's better to use just one Broker and provide Proof of Name along with Trading account Number for every 1 ID? it's for the winners, but if for the Referral contest it's hard to avoid making the referral itself. this is still a problem.

now the forex.zone forum rules are getting tighter and there are a lot of members participating in the contest, what does forex.zone get from the many members?

This has been implemented recently. I think it was a good suggestion and works well.
