Simple Market Scanner with Alert Needed!!!Thanks

Hello everyone, need help with creating a market scanner and to send alert when conditions are met.

Scans 28 Forex pairs

Conditions:
1. RSI 13 Classic Divergence (Divergence is within the past 42 candles, True)
2. Breakout arrow from attached indicator. (Arrow is within the past 42 candles, True)
3. 30 SMA crossed 35 SMA (Current candle close)
4. Send alert at the close of the current SMA candle when all above conditions are met.
