New indicator or EA and price

I need an indicator or expert advisor that will plot a Horizontal line at the close of the 60 min,
30 min and 15 min on for example a 5 min chart or other time frames less than 5 min. See attached as an example. I need to be able to set the color for each.
Also, can it be configured to erase previous hour set ups and start all over each hour?
So it would plot 4 lines, 1- 60 min. 1- 30 min. and 2- 15 min. every hour. Thanks

There is only 1 time frame less than M5 and that is the M1. Is this what you meant or do you want to use this on non-standard charts?

Why would 2 lines for the M15 be needed? They would overlap and you would only see 1 line anyways.

Okay, I did not explain myself well. Let's say it is 12:00 pm. I need an indicator that paints a new line at 12:00 ; 12:15; 12:30 ; 12;45. Than it starts all over again.

The lower time frames I use are 5 min, 1 min  and 20 seconds. The 20 second time frame I get from forex.ovocz if that helps.

what function of the lines for what?

and how to use these lines in our trading, because with so many lines will it not prevent our view of the chart

I am also still beingung how does he mean by giving lines and what is his function because there are still no examples of how to use these lines into his trade

Do you mean minutes in removing an order?

or it could be what you mean is EA

do you usually call it the trend line? what is the SnR line

or other lines like fibo?

What is meant by the line here is the trendline line as a sign or a channel to analyze the trend that took place at that time
