Re. Expert Advisors - ADX - MT4 programming

Hi;

I need an EA for the MT4 platform, that opens a trade when the ADX 14 crosses the 15 or 20 median line- with stop loss, take profit and break even parameters.   Please confirm price and timeline, and if anything further is needed.

Attached is an example of the ADX 14 with level 20 drawn.

1--Buy when the green line crosses above  level 20 and close trade when the green line crosses below level 20.

2--Sell when the green line crosses above level 20 and close trade when the green line crosses below level 20.

Also, when  profit reaches the pip value of the stop loss (i.e 50 pips) , is it possible to have the ea  move the stop loss to 4 pips above or below the opening price?


Please confirm the price of this project.

Here it is.
I assumed the sells will be when the red line crosses up and close sell when red line crosses down. 
The inputs should be self explanatory.
Please test it and let me know
