In my opinion if your account haven't verified yet not only Oanda that will reject the withdrawal or deposit but alot of brokers will do the same sir.this action is need to protect their client capital from money laundry and another crime

trading on oanda does not require a verification process we can deposit and withdraw funds

yes sir, to avoid money laundering, because the account needed is verified.

I know OANDA doesn't offer cent accounts like some other brokers, where balances and positions are displayed in cents to minimize trading risk. However, even without cent accounts, OANDA allows trading with very small position sizes.
