When there is major economic news (e.g. interest rate announcements, inflation data, or NFP), spreads tend to widen as the market becomes very volatile. Liquidity can drop drastically, causing liquidity providers to increase spreads to offset the risk. So I think it is normal that FBS has widening spreads and it happens with many brokers.

If you can't withdraw your bonus on FB then my advice is to review the terms and conditions of the bonus you received to make sure all requirements have been met. No sir, in my opinion WD in FBS is quite fast, sometimes less than five minutes it has entered our bank account, that's why until now I still use this broker for trading. However, sometimes it can be pending on holidays, therefore my suggestion if you want to WD, it is better to do it during working hours and not on holidays.

Yes, I also use FBS. Deposits and withdrawals are very fast during their business hours.

I have several friends who represent this broker in my country, and every case is always resolved quickly and effectively. This is what makes FBS a very well-known broker in my country.

Trust is built on real-world experience and responsive service. Having an official representative in your country and being able to resolve any client issues quickly and effectively is a huge plus.

Having a broker representative can certainly help resolve issues more quickly, especially technical issues, account verification, or questions related to deposits and withdrawals. Having a local representative or account manager often makes communication easier and the response feels more personal than simply receiving a central support email.

I think verification through an internal representative can be more helpful from a service perspective, but the quality and security of the process must still follow official standards and be transparent.
