The worst margin call occurs to greedy traders who want to get rich quickly, eventually overlap and overtrade, so don't overlap and always take care of MM

Margin calls are caused by many things ranging from specific causes and common causes why a trader can experience MC. in my opinion MCs occur because there is no applied knowledge even the knowledge gained is wrong for trading.

there are many reasons that make traders exposed to margin calls and the reasons are also different but the point is that MC occurs because the trader lacks experience in handling or preventing MC.

We can only reduce the risk, Margincall can happen to any trader.
With risk management, at least margincall can be minimized even though the possibility of MC is still possible.

For the prevention of Margin calls, you must apply risk management and a proper trading system.

most of the margin calls occur due to too big use of lots with small capital and trading without a clear plan. this is very detrimental because it will lose a lot
