they don't use management well, they don't use indicators well, so they always do the wrong thing

When people don't know about management then that person will act as they please and in my opinion.  Don't let this happen to you.

when you do floating minus it actually makes it difficult for you and make sure you don't use it so you can win easily

Of course in forex trading you can hold minus plotting as long as you want if your capital can last because in forex trading there are many techniques that can be applied including holding minus plotting

Many people do things like that because they don't understand how to do it well. They must be able to understand how to trade effectively for this problem

Most people are like that. In my opinion, this is a wrong activity. Don't ever use floating minus if you want to be successful in other ways.
