When you always repeat the same mistakes, in my opinion that is not a good thing, therefore, if you really want to be successful, you must be able to trade with a more correct method.

the mistake that you always repeat I think it was intentional because of course you already know that it's a method that you shouldn't use but you still use it so I think you have to change yourself.

If you experience difficulties and lose but you reduce again, then you are deliberately not willing to make an effort regarding evaluation, therefore you should eliminate all methods that make you lose, replace new ones.

In my opinion, many mistakes are repeated because they are confused about what to do, they are not sure about evaluating, even though when it is something we have to do, just do it so that the same mistake doesn't happen.

Repeated mistakes are because you don't have a new method or a new method of analysis so you keep using the same method over and over again and that means it can no longer be used so it's better for you to focus on evaluating your own method.
