usually what disturbs our minds a lot is with lofty dreams that we really don't need to think about because those high expectations will hinder our performance to be able to focus on something small but consistent

using high expectations will actually kill you in the future because high expectations are not good for the future it's better to focus on the short term that you can achieve and you can gradually get something big

Don't ever use trading capital from your source of livelihood. When you do use trading capital, you must be able to separate trading capital from your living needs, don't combine it later when you lose, you won't be able to eat
