In small time frames, of course, we trade by closing quickly the open positions we do, but in large time frames, it involves intra-day or swing trading.

high low strategy in my opinion is good to use in all these timeframes

For sure there are many strategies that are suitable, but it's better if you want to easily just use MA and supply demand

If you really master the supply and demand technique, I don't think you need to use MA as an aid anymore
