Speeck enggles please.
chart pattern = a pattern formed with a series of certain rods or candlesticks. usually like head n soulder or double top / bottom harmonic pattern = same as a graph pattern but more complex. like the M and W. patterns and various other names. can we discuss it?

I always use harmonic patterns to determine the farthest range by referring to the M and W forms. For me this is very easy but also needs precision in determining the swing point and candlestick reaction to avoid false signals.

The difference is quite clear if the Chart pattern is a chart pattern based on repetition of market patterns in the past and the pattern can be used to predict the direction the price will move. So mastery of this chart pattern is based on the appearance of the same or similar formation at a certain price. Examples of chart patterns are double top patterns, double bottom, head and souldher, flags and so on.

Harmonic pattern is a pattern that is formed based on certain comparisons or symmetries such as fibonanci symmetry. In finding the harmonic pattern we focus on the lowest point, highest point, reversal, retracement and extension. By knowing these points, we can find certain harmonic patterns as well as support and resistance levels to determine transaction entry. Examples of harmonic patterns are many such as butterfly patterns, ABC patterns, AB patterns = CDs, bat patterns, grab patterns and so on.

Okay. this is a pretty good explanation, thank you for wanting to explain. I think harmonics patern and patern charts have their advantages and disadvantages.

Chart Patterns are movement formation patterns on the price chart. At first glance, from this understanding it means you will observe price formations as a guide to executing a Market Order, whether it's Buy or Sell.

Chart Pattern is a price chart pattern that occurs repeatedly, so the pattern can be used to predict where prices will move. Chart Patterns are very important in technical analysis, because besides being able to detect the direction of prices, this pattern can also be observed in all timeframes, ranging from minutes to monthly.

Of course all techniques cannot detect the price 100% correctly, so we need to limit the risk if the price moves does not match the analysis we do.

harmonic patterns are more detailed and rare.

It's the same, the difference is only in the symmetrical shape.

The fundamental difference between harminic patterns and chart patterns is that harmonic patterns are more complex and more modern and chart patterns include conventional charts.

According to my opinion, both of them are the same, only with different perceptions and names, maybe the harmonic pattern is more luxurious than the long-known chart patterns.

both are the same, it's just that the harmonic pattern is often associated with unique patterns such as animal patterns such as butterflies, sharks, flags and so on.
