Regarding indicators, you can use many indicators if you want, but to predict trends the only indicator is moving average.

I usually like to use stochastic because by using stochastic I only need to make support and resistance lines.

Using the indicator may or may not be mandatory, but what is certain is that what is important here is that you are obliged to use it in a clear way.

Usually the indicators that are suitable for predicting are indicators that do have a trend-oriented nature

usually do use clear indicators such as the parabolic Sar indicator or indeed a long or short period moving average indicator.

I often use the zigzag indicator because I think it is a good indicator.

Usually if that's the case you can try to use an equidistant channel.
