If the market is slow, sometimes I just sleep, I'll see again about 4 hours later.

if the market is moving slowly we just make a pending order. I don't want to wait in front of my computer when the market is moving slowly, because that would waste my time and energy.

sometimes I leave it to do other activities because my life is not just to monitor the market. in one day actually we just see the market 2 to 3 times

I take a short break and sometimes I also see opportunities that exist when the market is slow. I see where the good areas are.
